According to the survey, it is important to build long-term relationships, thanks to which sellers gain credibility.
Massive marketing campaigns help to prepare buyers to buy at the right time. In B2B marketing, the 95-5 rule applies. (5% of your target market is actively seeking to buy a product or service like yours, while the remaining 95% are not currently in the market but could become potential buyers in the future.)
Dentsu’s Superpower Index confirms this: 78% of B2B buyers say trust in a brand is a top priority, and 74% are more likely to consider a brand they already know.
